GRC: Be Connected!

Turning Audit into Enablement

In order to stay connected, the Cyber Security Coalition, ISACA Belgium and the Solvay Brussels School have joined forces to launch “GRC Be connected” to provide an opportunity for experience and knowledge sharing until we resume in-person meetings hopefully later  this year.

The webinars with practical and hands-on case studies will help you to learn about information security governance and management, reducing enterprise risk, meeting global compliance standards, as well as applying audit practices and using the ISACA knowledge of bodies to deliver solutions. By applying these skills to the tasks and challenges you face in your work, you will be able to deliver stronger and more compliant solutions to managing cyber related risks and applying information governance roles and responsibilities.

Audits strengthen business operations, yet many organizations are fearful of the process, rather than seeing the benefits of audits. In this webinar,  our guest speakers will share their insights on the auditing process and how you can use audits to strenghten and mature your overall risk programme.

  • Mrs. Monique Garsoux (Head of Audit Office Belfius) will explain the position of the internal auditor and his/her interaction with various stakeholders;
  • Prof. Georges Ataya (Solvay Brussels Schools) will highlight the benefits you can derive from an IT audit;
  • Mrs. Kelly Hogan (Audit Consulting and Training, LLC ) will present the anatomy of an audit assignment.

Do not hesitate to invite your colleagues to participate in the webinars. They can register through this link.

We are looking forward to meeting you on February 23rd (1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.)!
