Computing on Encrypted Data (COED) Industry Day
12 October 2022 – Cyber Security Coalition
COED Industry Day
On October 12th, KU Leuven will organize its yearly Industry Day focusing on Computing on Encrypted Data (COED) in Leuven, Belgium.
Fully homomorphic encryption (FHE) was recently listed by Gartner as being a technology that will disrupt and transform entire markets in the upcoming years. FHE opens up numerous technical and business opportunities for medium and large corporations. However, it is not always crystal clear to user organizations what the technology is and what sort of problems it can tackle.
Therefore, KU Leuven invites you to come meet leading FHE industry speakers from organizations including Microsoft, Duality, Enveil, Inpher, and Zama, as well as their world-renowned COSIC researchers working on hardware acceleration. They aim to discuss the applications, existing deployments, and the lessons learned by their PoCs and the live products. The programme is curated by Professor Nigel Smart.
At the end of this event, you will leave having a better understanding of the technology, challenges, and opportunities.
Where?
The event will be in the Faculty Club in Leuven, Belgium.
There will be networking opportunities and an excellent lunch (from the same kitchen that serves the Michelin Guide-ranked restaurant “Cum Laude”).
When?
Wednesday, October 12th from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Registration
Space is limited and thus KU Leuven will reserve places for representatives of companies that can most benefit from attending the day.
