These are difficult times for hospitals. Companies and individuals specialized in cyber security want to make their expertise available to healthcare institutions on a voluntary basis. More than 70 experts are joining forces. They are ready to jump in when needed. The Belgian Cyber Security Coalition and Centre for Cybersecurity Belgium support this initiative.

What support can volunteers offer?

1. Advice and help with cyber incidents
   Health care organizations that are the victim of a cyber attack can always contact CERT.be, which is available day and night. If necessary, CERT.be requests assistance from the participating volunteers.
2. Advice and assistance with preventive measures
   If healthcare institutions have urgent questions about the security of their ICT network, the participating volunteers offer them appropriate advice and assistance in the areas of their expertise.
